To be completely honest, I have not written a blog post since high school, and truly, I wouldn’t even count that. I figure an “about me” sort of thing is fitting for the first blog post, so here goes.
I’m Aivree. I am 21, a business owner, full time nanny, student (when I find a class I can tolerate), and I love my life. I am so beyond blessed with a supportive family, caring and amazing girlfriend, and wonderful friends. I learned to sew as a child, and worked on learning more as I found projects that interested me. Since graduating high school, I ramped it up, and started sewing much, much more. Starting with keychains, I perfected little projects and sold them, until I gained the confidence to sew clothing. I found my love in comfortable, adorable, little outfits for toddlers and babies. I often hire out sewing, but I do as much as I can, and I also prep, cut, and stamp tags on all my items, at the very least. I have sewn so many things, and so many clothing items, but my all time favorite has to be joggers, especially big and little human sets. No shame here, I have matching swim tops and lounge bottoms with my nanny kids, even though they aren’t even my own kiddos.
